One in-particular goes to the high kill shelters every week and pull 18-25 dogs. They have volunteers who are trained to see how the dogs relate to others and other animals. They make sure they are healthy, have their shots and anything else they can do to help the dog get a new family. I have been doing this for 7 years now and I believe every little bit helps those dogs in need of love and a new home.
