There are several options. Check out Shapeways or imaterialize. They can take your drawings or cad designs and create the resin or metal designs for you. The designs could then be made into molds, or those companies can complete the casting for you in gold, silver, o several other metals. You can also look at Craig Dabler at DIYCastings.com. He makes some home mold making supplies and also sand casting tools that work great. He also has plenty of videos to teach the processes.
