Gorgeous Zoraida, I always love your wonderful wirework. I tend to go for rich orangy colours a lot, they go so well with copper and I’m really attracted to them. A great idea instead to create something striking with wire instead of the usual “tassel” type pendants.

Thanks so much Rena, Natasha and Julia!!! Rena, I do like jewelry that feels weighty and substantial. I like to think that it will last forever it it’s solid. As for Carnelian, I can’t seem to get enough of it and use a lot of it in my jewelry designs.

I love the warmth of combining carnelian with copper! I also like the substantial, textured feel of this tassel element – and the fact that it’s different from smooth, slinky chain tassels. To me this one feels like it could be ancient. Thanks so much for sharing this interesting piece with us, Zoraida! 🙂
