I don’t think it is turquoise. The “cracks” are really strange. The closest I could find is coloured Dragon Veins Agate, but the veins are more smooth. Some ancient tribes putt gemstones through a mill to reshape it into jewelry. Could this be it?

Have seen gemstones similar to that in Native American jewelry in Santa Fe and elsewhere identified as turquoise. The Damele mine produces turquoise with a wide range of colors, some of which is a pale olive green with matrix.
