Blue Sea Salvage

This came about when I received a damaged component from a seller. The bronze connector was missing a petal.

It very nearly ended up in the bin. A little later, I picked it up and decided to see if I could make it into a pendant.

The fire polished aqua crystals looked brilliant against the bronze. I coloured the bronze piece with a dual mix of two paint colours and glued a tiny diamante in the center.

This was teamed up with an antique bronze chain and a couple of other components for balance. Was pretty happy with the result seeing as it may never have eventuated.
