I can relate because I am also limited by living in a small 2 bdrm condo. I have beads and findings all over the place, neatly stashed but I have no inventory control. The only place I do not have stuff is in the garage. Oh my (smile). Can’t seem to stop the madness, guess it could be worse but I do feel your pain and I love all the comments though. I may have to try hanging since I am running out of floor space. Hahaha! I laugh at myself.

I store them in baggies in 6 draw units from office max’ I also have tons of bead bins. All marked for color.
Years ago I bought IKEA shelving It holds tons of stuff. I have a 6 ft table. which is half for beading, half for polymer work. Cleaning up each day helps so much, but most of the time I let it go until I can’t stand it or can’t find things.
I love my little room, and I am so grateful to have it.

Also you might want to use these containers for findings.
I place beads in plastic bags accordingto color. This helps me when I’m creating a design or when I want to combine colors. With my glass beads I place in one container for glass beads only.

BUT before I did I had an old armoir. You would be surprised how much you can store in there. And you can make a pull out shelf to work on. Or just use it to store your supplies and work somewhere else. When you want to hide your stash you just close the doors. I bought mine in a garage sale so it wasn’t expensive and since it was an older one it had lots of room. Hope this helps.
