I’m fascinated.

While I have not worked with acrylic mirror…I HAVE worked with acrylic sheets. I used them for making molds to form metal in a press.

With acrylic I use a jeweler’s saw with a round blade. I also use my flex shaft with various bits to carve out the shape and sand it. It is an extremely messy process with amazing results.
