Abstract Landscapes – is That an Oxymoron?

After a project is finished, I am often left with plenty of scrap clay. I am not one to ball it up unless it is mud.
No, I just keep going down the rabbit hole, experimenting and making pieces until nothing usable remains or I get bored with the color scheme.
These pendants were made using scrap canes. I wanted something organic and three dimensional yet fairly sturdy.
I call them ” Southwest Spaghetti Western Meets Key West.” My boyfriend thinks “Alien Landscapes” a better fit. Maybe. It is short and catchy.
